	Hi, my name is Kit Anderson and I am the managing director of KITS CRASH REPAIRS. I started my career as an apprentice panel beater at South Coast Motors, which was then the Holden dealership for the Gold Coast. After several years I moved to Carl Robertson Ford which later became Trio Ford and is now Sunshine Ford. Later in my career I became the manager of the panel & paint division and in the early eighties I saw the need for a non-dealership repairer. The rest is history. We have become one of Queensland's most progressive repairers and in 2002/2003 Australian Paint and Panel magazine in conjunction with AAMI voted us the Australian Auto Body Repairer of the Year (12 employees and under). Judges had over 217 regional finalists Australia-wide to judge before choosing a state winner, who then went on to represent their state for the Australian award. I have to admit it was a real honour to be the first Queensland repairer to have ever received this prestigious award and it is a real credit to my dedicated staff.
